Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is committed to understanding the needs and views of the people who use our services. Your feedback is extremely important to us and we always encourage patients to offer their views on how we deliver sexual health care. We use your feedback to learn and develop our services to ensure we provide the very best of care to those who use them.
You can find posters on how to complete these surveys at the clinic you attend for your appointment. Alternatively you can ask to fill out a paper version from the reception at the clinic.
Feedback and Complaints
Should you, or a family member, be unhappy with any aspect of your care, it is always best to let someone know as soon as possible. We would encourage you to talk to the staff as soon as something happens, as very often problems can be sorted out without the need to make a complaint.
