IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ

Please call 0300 300 2016 to request a appointment.  Appointments can be booked online or by calling 03003002016. For routine screening, we recommend using our home testing service.

During COVID-19, please use the North Entrance for more direct access and to minimise time within the hospital. The North Entrance is well signposted and the entrance is situated by the Children's Ward. Click here for a map of the hospital. 

Important information about your appointment
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time and report to reception. We will need to check your details and arrive you onto our system.
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we will triage you to assess if we are still able to see you that day. If we are not able to see you, you will need to make another appointment.
