- The clinic at Chase Hospital is open on the 2nd and last Weds of the month 9am-2pm for appointments & then YP walk in
- Next open on 8th February 2023
- There is no clinic at Bordon on the 22nd February 2023
- Wednesday's (2nd & last weds of the Month)- Young Persons (under 19) walk in 14:30-16:30 (sit & wait)
- Please do not show up at the clinic without a booking - unless you are attending the YP under walk in clinic on Tuesdays
- Please wear a face mask, unless exempt

How to find us
- If you park in the Chase community hospital car park please use the main hospital entrance opposite.
- You can either ask the reception for directions to our clinic OR
- Please go to the opposite end of the waiting area to the reception, and follow the corridor on the right hand side. Keep going down this corridor until you see an open door way into our reception. (It is well sign posted).
